What is included in the kit?
A complete list of Bill of materials will be provided with your delivery.
Typically your kit will include:
Trimclad roof sheeting 80% Double sided Gloss, 150mm Metbeams, 90mm x 90mm steel posts, Gutter, Flashings and Fasteners.
Do you provide installation services?
Not quite, but please click on the Help Install button on the Order Success page, and we will be happy to connect you with our qualified installers for a free quote.
Do I need council approval?
Please check with your local Government Authority.
Do you provide any Design Certifications?
Yes. We will provide you with Structural Design and Generic Design Certifications for your patio.
Can you provide Generic Compliance certificate for building design or specification (Form 15)?
Yes. We will provide you with the Compliance Certificate (Comply with building assessment provisions) for Queensland Government.
Do the kits come with assembly instructions?
Yes. Assembly instructions are included with your delivery.

Thermatech® reflects more of the sun’s heat on hot, sunny days which may help increase your comfort while reducing your dependence on air conditioning*. Thermatech® is available in all core colours except Night Sky®.
*Results will depend on roof colour, level and location of insulation, type and location of building shape and function.
