Orders and Shipping

Your custom-tailored order will normally take 3 – 5 business days to deliver. We will keep you posted if there are any inadvertent issues with the delivery.

Simply click on Sign up for an account and enter your particulars.

In case you would like to change your shipping address please email or message us with your order number and new shipping address. We will respond with an email confirming your request and deliver to your changed shipping address.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been manufactured and ready to ship.

When checking out please tick the box “Create an Account” and your details, including shipping address and credit card, can be retained for future purchases.

Yes, we are required by law to charge GST on every transaction done.

Returns and Exchanges

Should you receive the wrong item, we will replace the goods with the correct items within 5 business days of notification.

Please Message Us if you are unsure of your purchase. We will do our best to qualify your initial order and advise of any discrepancies that may exits. Refunds do not apply where you have changed your mind  or for Custom Orders that specified length and colour selection.

You may be entitled to a refund when:

  1.  The goods purchased are not as per the specifications ordered.
  2. The goods purchased have manufacturing defects.
  3. The goods purchased are delivered with damages which occurred during delivery.

Many of our products are custom tailored and cut to length specified by you. Please take care when specifying colour, length and profile.

Our standard refund policy as per our Terms & Conditions of Sale applies if you request a refund and return within 5 business days with proof of purchase.

Should you receive goods that have inadvertently been damaged during transit, we will replace the goods at our cost. Please provide photographic evidence from the time of delivery, and request the delivery driver does the same.

Once your request for refund has been authorised, we will arrange for replacement at our cost.

You can change the order only before you pay for it. Once you have paid for your order you cannot make changes.
